ParseCard is run by a small team and we read every message. Whether something is broken, you have an idea, or you need your data removed, here is how to reach us.
The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@parsecard.app. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. To help us answer quickly, please include the page or feature involved and, if you are reporting a problem with a card, the Warcraftlogs report link you used.
Discord Community
For quick questions, feedback, and chatting with other players, join our Discord server. It is the best place to suggest new awards, report odd-looking parses, and hear about updates before anyone else.
Bug Reports & Feature Requests
Found a card that looks wrong, an award that misfired, or a page that won't load? Email us with the details and a link to the report or character page and we will dig into it. Suggestions for new awards, backgrounds, and features are always welcome — a lot of what ParseCard does today started as a community request.
Data & Privacy Requests
ParseCard only uses publicly available Warcraftlogs data and the minimal account details described in our Privacy Policy. If you have a linked account and would like your data exported or deleted, email support@parsecard.app from the address associated with your account and we will process the request.
