Recent updates and improvements to ParseCard.
1.4.1
Improvements, Fixes, new feature
May 25, 2026
New
- Pro plan now includes Auto-Sync: enroll up to 5 of your characters on the My Characters page and ParseCard pulls new Warcraftlogs reports automatically each day. Guild plan owners get this too.
Changed
- Guild plan owners now automatically get every Individual plan perk on their personal account — 35 weekly web credits, class-themed backgrounds, full award history, character stat timelines, and Auto-Sync for up to 5 characters. No need to pay for two subscriptions.
- Raid recaps are now kills-only. Wipe attempts were producing misleading stats (a 90th-percentile parse on a 10% wipe isn't comparable to a kill) and several of you flagged that bulk-generating wipes felt like wasted credits. Mythic+ runs that didn't time are unaffected — they still generate cards.
v1.4.0
Bug Fixes
May 20, 2026
Fixed
- My Guilds dropdown in the navbar is showing again — was hidden for all logged-in users due to a database error after the recent owner/admin update.
- Raid recap cards now refresh parse percentages when a fight is regenerated after WCL has computed rankings — previously the recap could keep showing 0% even after the individual fight card was fixed.
- Players with low WCL parses no longer get dropped from guild recap "Top DPS" lists. Previously, when WCL's encounter-specific rankings omitted a player (common for low-percentile or sparse-history characters), that player's parse % was silently saved as NULL, hiding them from the Performance card's role buckets.
1.3.9
Guild improvements, fixes
May 3, 2026
New
- Guild owners can now add co-admins (by BattleTag) to help manage the roster and approve join requests.
Changed
- Guild roster tab now explains how members vs guests are determined.
Fixed
- Recap "Undergeared Hero" highlight no longer fires when the chosen player isn't actually below the group's average item level.
- Guild owners and co-admins now see their guild in the navbar even when they have no Member-tier characters there yet.
1.3.8
New Awards, UX improvement, bug fixes.
April 28, 2026
Changed
- Guild roster M+ scores are now colored by tier (green / blue / purple / orange / gold / pink) matching in-game item quality colors, so standout players pop at a glance.
Awards
- New "Solo Carry" award for a top DPS who out-damaged the next player by 1.5x or more — works in M+
- New "Burst Window" / "Cooldown King" award for the player with the highest 10-second damage burst
- New "Untouchable" award for a top-half DPS who took below-average damage and didn't die — works in M+
- Solo Carry now shows who the 2nd-place DPS was and how far ahead the carrier was. Untouchable now shows group avg DPS for comparison.
Fixed
- Character class no longer gets overwritten to "Unknown" when a fight is processed where the class can't be resolved (e.g. some Classic content or cross-realm lookups). Previously, a char like a Monk could flip to Unknown. Backfilled 944 clobbered characters back to their real class using their most recent spec.
- Guild roster and stats pages: fixed a bug where some characters in large guilds silently showed as "Unknown" spec with zero fights, despite having real fight data. Caused by unstable pagination in server queries; rows could be dropped across page boundaries. Affected rosters, guild stats, season recap peer ranks, and membership tier auto-detection.
- Guild roster now correctly hides characters from other game versions when filtering by retail or fresh — previously retail-only members showed up in the fresh view (and vice versa) with zero stats.
1.3.7
Award Tweaks, Recap Card Improvements, Guild Page Enhancements
April 23, 2026
New
- Timeline charts on guild and character pages now offer "DPS / ilvl" and "HPS / ilvl" metrics — see throughput scaled by gear across fights, weeks, or months.
Awards
- Clutch Healer is now raid-only and requires at least 20% of the raid to have died — previously fired in M+ on just 2 deaths.
- DPS Healer now rewards healers with top-tier DPS parse percentile for their spec, rather than just doing 25% of DPS-role average damage.
Fixed
- Recap card 'Top Healers (by DPS)' no longer lists healers who did zero damage (WCL still returns a DPS parse % for them, but the number is meaningless without actual damage).
- Discord guild recap card (Performance page) now shows hybrid raiders in every role they played — e.g. a player who tanked 2 fights and DPS'd 3 now appears in both the Tanks block (with stats from their tank fights) and the DPS block (with stats from their DPS fights). Previously they were collapsed into whichever role they played most.
- Discord guild recap Performance card now renders the Interrupt King runner-up in their own class color instead of inheriting the winner's color.
- Raid parse % that showed as 0% will now automatically refresh when WCL finishes computing the rankings — previously if you uploaded a log before WCL had the parses ready, your card kept the stale 0% forever.
1.3.6
Guild recap card bug fixes
April 19, 2026
Fixed
- Log Recap card now shows each M+ dungeon run as its own row — running the same dungeon multiple times in a log no longer collapses into a single entry.
1.3.5
Bug Fixes and enhancements
April 18, 2026
New
- Pro members and Guild plans can now view a Stat Timeline tab showing parse percent and DPS/HPS over time. Character pages show a single character; guild dashboards let you pick a member and compare them against the rest of the roster. Supports the same filters as the leaderboard (season, content type, raid/boss/dungeon, role, difficulty) and can be grouped per-fight, weekly, or monthly.
- Guild timeline: new "Compare players" multi-select lets you narrow the chart to a hand-picked subset so specific members can be compared side-by-side.
- Guild and character timelines now support a "Daily" bucket option alongside Per fight, Weekly, and Monthly.
- Timeline tab now has a Reset button that clears all timeline filters in one click.
- Guild admins can now set the default tone to "Random" — each card in a batch or recap will get a randomly chosen tone, making raid recaps more varied
- Discord bot tone can now be set to "random" — each card picks a tone on the fly
- Guild pages now include a DPS/HPS stat timeline chart across all tracked members
- Character pages now include a DPS/HPS stat timeline chart showing performance over time
Changed
- Stat Timeline tooltips now show the encounter name, difficulty or key level, and kill/wipe status when viewing per-fight granularity.
- Guild Stat Timeline member picker is now searchable and excludes guests. Guest lines are also hidden from the peer swarm.
- Stat Timeline tooltip is now compact — it only shows the line you're hovering over (plus the focus line as a secondary row if it's different), no long list of other members.
- Timeline chart now draws clearer vertical break lines at every bucket in daily/weekly/monthly views, with week and month boundaries highlighted so cycles are easier to read.
- Timeline tab state (metric, granularity, focused player, compared players, shared filters) now persists in the URL so timeline views can be shared as links.
Fixed
- Stat Timeline chart labels no longer stretch horizontally on wider screens.
- Guild Stat Timeline peer lines are now visible — raised their opacity and stroke width. Members with only a single data point in the filter range now render as a dot instead of being invisible.
- Server default tone setting now correctly applies when a user hasn't set a personal tone preference
- Server-level "Random" tone setting now works in Discord — previously, users with a personal default tone unknowingly overrode the guild-wide random setting, so every card came back with the same tone.
- Delve fights (e.g. Lumenia) no longer appear in the fight selector — they are not supported content for cards.
- Guild page ratings, fight counts, and award counts now match the global leaderboard exactly (just filtered to guild members). Previously the guild page was computing its own numbers from a separate data source, causing characters to show wildly different stats — e.g. 4 fights / 82 awards on the guild page vs 45 / 72 on the leaderboard.
- Per-fight DPS and HPS on character profiles and timelines now match WCL's default view — values were previously computed from active time and ran ~10% high.
1.3.4
Site UI Redesign
April 10, 2026
New
- Character search bar now lives in the navbar with instant autocomplete — start typing a name and see results as you go
Changed
- Various UI/UX site changes to make it easier to navigate
Fixed
- Guild overview metrics (Death Leader, Interrupt King, etc.) now show correct values when filtering by game version — previously, filters could paradoxically show higher numbers than the unfiltered view due to silent data truncation
1.3.3
Bug fixes
April 4, 2026
Fixed
- Classic WoW characters (Era, Fresh, Hardcore, MoP Classic, Anniversary) are now automatically claimed when you log in with Battle.net — previously only Retail characters were linked
- The "Request Membership" button on guild pages now appears correctly for logged-in users with claimed characters
1.3.2
